A 26-year title industry veteran, Gail serves as our escrow closer and manager.  She is responsible for coordinating closings and finalizing real estate transactions, ensuring that all documents are accurately completed and funds properly disbursed to the parties as agreed.

Makayla serves as our processor.  She is responsible for reviewing, verifying, and organizing documentation to ensure a clear and marketable property title, resolving any potential claims or liens prior to closing, and ensuring legal and regulatory compliance.
